After reclaiming my own confidence, I realised something important. I wasn't the only woman struggling. Everywhere I looked, I saw women who felt exactly the way I once felt. Some felt they had left it too late. Some felt they were too busy. Some simply didn't know where to start. And because I had once felt exactly the same way, I knew I wanted to help. That's why I created Reclaiming With Nanu. Not to show perfection. Not to pretend I have all the answers. But to create a space where women can learn, grow, and transform without feeling judged. A place where fitness feels achievable. A place where healthy living feels realistic. A place where women can reclaim their confidence, strength, and happiness one step at a time. Today, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, my mission is simple: To help women lose weight, build confidence, create sustainable healthy habits, and realise that they are capable of far more than they think. Because every woman deserves to feel good in her own body. Every woman deserves to feel confident. And every woman deserves the opportunity to reclaim herself.
